Around San Jose, specialty shops usually take walk-ins for quick jobs and appointments for rebuilds and installations. Insurance often covers windshield replacement with a low or zero deductible in several states, so ask your insurer before paying out of pocket. Window tint laws differ across California and its neighbors, so a reputable tint shop will tell you the legal darkness for each window. For transmission work, ask whether the shop rebuilds in house or installs a remanufactured unit and what warranty comes with each, then compare with the listing's rating and reviews.

The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 8 am–7 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. San Jose is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and San Jose follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I brought my Mercedes E320 8 months ago - I paid up front cash because he did a good job 2 years ago. No he has my vehicle since May 20th 2025! He makes up lies and excuses every time we talk. I just checked on my car and now the transmission and catalytic converter missing or stolen. This goes beyond civil possible criminal. Plus there now damage to the bumper. do not bring your car here

Horrible service. Not only do they take 2-3 weeks to fix your transmission when they say it takes 10 days, but you will end up with suspension problems, lose bolts, and missing engine splash guard.

Will not repair your car and you either go back to fix it aging plus will get bunch of parking tickets. Do your self a favor and save your self a headache and take your car elsewhere. This place needs to be out of business

Incompetent good for nothing fake mechanics. All they do is lie. Job was supposed to take less than a week and its been a month and its still not done. Every time I go check, Joseph the fake mechanic says, "tomorrow it'll be done" but the car just sits. Noone working on it. I have paid over 1200 up front and nothing. Today we went to pick it up undone after more than a month. While I was there, I could hear other customers having problems. One guy said, "its been here so long you forgot what needed to be fixed. I need my car back. I'm having it towed today". This place is a joke. All the reviews I just read are exactly what I'm experiencing. Horrible experience. Worst ever. I can't say anything good about this place.
